Description

The FAA's rules regarding the reporting of substance use related issues are vague. In this presentation, attorney/pilot Christian Pezalla examines the nuanced details of the FAA's Medical Application - with a focus on the numerous checkboxes of Question 18; the ambiguous requirements for pilots to report DUIs and the 60-dat reporting requirement; issues involving drugs, marijuana, and CBD;  as well as suggestions on how to respond to inquiries regarding Medical Application.
